This package includes: 2024 Winter, Spring, Summer training and tournaments 

  • Teams: 2032, 2033-34 (10, 9-7 year olds) 

  • Division Head: Kaitlin Gruse

  • Head Coaches: Kayte Mills (2032) and McKenzie Gaghan (2033-34)

  • Assistant Coaches: Reagan Tenaglia (West Point/Siena), Lauriel Pascerelli (Hofstra), Colleen Rattigan (Manhattan), Kelly Ford (Bryant), Ava Romanello (Virginia Tech) and Madelyn Breitbeil (Sacred Heart)

    • All Coaches played @ a D-1 Level

  • Practice Coach (non-tournament): Meagan Beal (Furman)

  • Specialized Training: Goalie coach on staff and assistant coaches who specialize on the draw for each team. 

  • Infantry Practice Pinny, Infantry Shooting Shirt and Infantry Game Uniform included

  • Winter Training with Coaches and individualized skill work: 

    • Dates: Sundays in January (7,14,21,28), February (4,11,18,25) and March (3,10)

    • Location: Danbury Sports Dome

    • Time: 9-10a ET

    • Turf 2

    • Guest Coach Appearance: Rachael Griffith (Current West Connecticut Girls Lacrosse Coach) 

  • Spring/Summer Training: 

    • Dates: 1.5 hour Practices: (May: 5,12,19,26 June: 4,6,11,13,18,20,25,27) 

      • Will start after the town season finishes

      • 1-Head Coach and 2-Asst Coaches ratio

    • Location: New Fairfield High School

    • 3-4 Summer tournaments (June/July)  

      • To be announced in 2024

      • Locations: MD/DE, NY, NJ, CT
